Also known as Fate, Destiny or Well-whaddya-know, Kismet is the bit that takes over when self determination, personal growth and group therapy can do no more. It can be wildly misleading-as when your eyes meet across a crowded airport terminal, you think, Wow, Kismet! and three weeks later you discover he’s a champion fornicator with a double life in some other place.
