Classic Beef Fajitas

How to make great beef fajitas.

Ingredients

  • 350 grams Sirloin Steak, cut into thin strips
  • For the marinade: 1/4 tsp. dried oregano leaves
  • 2 tbsps. Cooking Oil
  • 2 tbsps. red wine vinegar salt to taste
  • For the vegetable filling: 1/2 cup white onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup red and green bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 2 t bsps. Olive Oil
  • 4-6 pcs. flour tortillas
  • 1 cup prepared guacamole
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, grated
  • 1 cup ready-made salsa
