- 350 grams Sirloin Steak, cut into thin strips
- For the marinade: 1/4 tsp. dried oregano leaves
- 2 tbsps. Cooking Oil
- 2 tbsps. red wine vinegar salt to taste
- For the vegetable filling: 1/2 cup white onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup red and green bell pepper, cut into strips
- 2 t bsps. Olive Oil
- 4-6 pcs. flour tortillas
- 1 cup prepared guacamole
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, grated
- 1 cup ready-made salsa
